Does the Southern Forest Products Association (SFPA) use my e-mail for other purposes?
No. SFPA is committed to respecting your privacy. None of the information you provide will be released to third parties.
Can I come back at a later date to finish the test once I have already registered?
Yes. All you have to do is log back in with your user name and password.
What can I do if I have a question about this website or my AIA credits?
You may e-mail Eric Gee at egee@sfpa.org. Please allow 2 to 3 days for an e-mail response.
Is my information sent automatically to AIA for credit? How long does this process take?
Yes. Once you have completed the Unit and printed your certificate, SFPA will receive your name and AIA number. A representative from SFPA will submit your information within two weeks from the date your name and number was received. AIA is then responsible for posting your credit.
